Reaktivna energija se ne mora uzimati iz ED mre\u017ee jer je svaki potro\u0161a\u010d mo\u017ee proizvesti u dovoljnoj koli\u010dini za sopstvene potrebe kori\u0161\u0107enjem kondenzatorskih baterija.&nbsp;Uz pomo\u0107 opreme za kompenzaciju reaktivne snage prose\u010dan industrijski potro\u0161a\u010d mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati faktor snage, tj. smanjiti ra\u010dune za reaktivnu snagu.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-24dcc5c3 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pod kompenzacijom reaktivne energije podrazumeva se instalacija opreme koja generi\u0161e reaktivnu energiju na mestu monta\u017ee i time kompenzuje potro\u0161nju reaktivne energije u pogonu.<\/p><p>Postoji pojedina\u010dna kompezacija reaktivne energije u slu\u010daju motora velike snage ali je prakti\u010dnija grupna automatska kompezacija reaktivne snage i energije.<\/p><p>Ne postoji profitabilnija investicija od izgradnje sistema za kompezaciju RE tamo gde postoji potro\u0161nja RE.<\/p><p>Ovim se drasti\u010dno smanjuje koli\u010dina preuzete reaktivne energije iz mre\u017ee, a time i ra\u010duni za utro\u0161enu reaktivnu energiju.<\/p><p>Tro\u0161kovi za reaktivnu energiju tipi\u010dno \u010dine oko 15 % ukupnog ra\u010duna za elektri\u010dnu energiju.<\/p><p>Kompenzacijom reaktivne snage ova kompletna stavka bi trebalo da bude skoro potpuno eliminisana.<\/p><p>Cene opreme za kompenzaciju su takve da se ova investicija isplati u roku ispod jedne godine a \u010desto i manje za 6-7 meseci.<\/p><p>Mi radimo potpunu kompezaciju potro\u0161nje reaktivne energije jer ugra\u0111ujemo kondenzatorske baterije sa korakom 2,5 kVAr (2.5, 5, 10, 20, 30&#8230;50 kVAr).<\/p><p>Elins instalira opremu svetkog lidera u proizvodnji opreme za kompezaciju reaktivne energije \u0161panske firme RTR iz Madrida.<\/p><p>Na\u0161a garancija na opremu i radove je 2 godine.<\/p><p>Napojni vod od izvora do prijemnika je optere\u0107en aktivnom i reaktivnom strujom.<\/p><p>Ako \u017eelimo da rasteretimo napojni vod i izvore na po\u010detku voda (transformatore i generatore) potrebno je u neposrednoj blizini prijemnika ugraditi kompenzatore odnosno izvore reaktivne struje, koja je potebna prijemnicima (elektromotori, transformatori, prigu\u0161nice,\u2026)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4128aabf e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"4128aabf\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-15b9179f energije<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-44280f70 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"44280f70\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Postrojenje za potpunu kompenzaciju reaktivne energije u principu je specifi\u010dna centralna kompenzacija sa automatskom regulacijom. Ugra\u0111uje se na mestima ili u samoj transformatorskoj stani ili pored glavnog razvodnog ormana iz kojih se napaja ceo objekat (industrijski, trgova\u010dki, ugostiteljski\u2026) koji ima vi\u0161e induktivnih potro\u0161a\u010da (naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e asinhroni motor, pretvara\u010d, ispravlja\u010d, indukciona pe\u0107) uz promenljive potrebe za reaktivnom snagom. Kada elektri\u010dna mre\u017ea, zbog razli\u010ditih potro\u0161a\u010da ima pove\u0107ane naponske harmonike NDH, zbirno preko 3 %, u red sa kondenzatorskom baterijom, ispred baterije se ugra\u0111uje harmonijski filter, koji spre\u010dava stvaranje rezonanse izme\u0111u induktivne impedanse i trofazne kondenzatorske baterije. Preko kontaktora za kondenzatorske baterije zajedno se uklju\u010duju i harmonijski filter i kondenzatorska baterija.<\/p><div><p>Potrebna snaga kondenzatorskih baterija postrojenja za potpunu kompenzaciju reaktivne energije, odre\u0111uje se prema maksimalnoj jednovremenoj potrebi potro\u0161a\u010da za reaktivnom snagom. Posebna specifi\u010dnost postrojenja za potpunu kompenzaciju reaktivne energije je postizanje cos\u03c6 = 1 pa korak snage kondenzatorskih bterija mora biti mali, konkretno najoptimalnije je da korak bude 2,5 kVAr (niz 2,5; 5; 10; 20; 30; nx40 i nx50 kVAr), \u0161to omogu\u0107ava potpunu kompenzaciju reaktivne energije.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5bea919e e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5bea919e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-61b98926 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"61b98926\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Elementi postrojenja za potpunu kompenzaciju reaktivne energije<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5330ae1e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5330ae1e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div><p>Posebnost i velika specifi\u010dnost postrojenja za potpunu kompenzaciju reaktivne energije je to \u0161to su osnovni funkcionalni elementi: kontaktor, harmonijski filter, kondenzatorska baterija i automatski regulator me\u0111usobno uskla\u0111eni i daju vrhunski kvalitet. Korak snage kondenzatorskih baterija, kako je ve\u0107 napomenuto je 2,5 kVAr, a niz: 2,5; 5; 10; 20; 30; nx40 i nx50. U slu\u010daju kompenzatorskih postrojenja ve\u0107e snage korak snage kondenzatorskih baterija mora biti ne\u0161to ve\u0107i, recimo 12,5 kVAr-a, pa je niz 12.5; 25; 30; 40 ili n x 50 kVAr. Ulo\u017eeni novac za kompenzaciju reaktivne energije se vra\u0107a u periodu eksploatacije vi\u0161estruko (od 10-15) puta.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-270a7233 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"270a7233\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div potro\u0161a\u010da i na kraju smanjenje tehni\u010dkih gubitaka aktivne energije u celom EES-u.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f878707 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con Isto se de\u0161ava kada napon opada do vrednosti \u2013Uca, kondenzator se puni, a kad krene da raste od \u2013Uca do 0 prazni se, tj. vra\u0107a elektri\u010dnu struju u kolo. Proces se tako ponavlja 50 puta u sekundi. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se koriste trofazne baterije spregnute u trougao, tako da se izme\u0111u svake faze nalazi kondenzator kapaciteta C.<\/span><\/p><p>Kondenzatorske baterije za niski napon koje koristimo u postrojenju za potpunu kompenzaciju reaktivne energije, grade se kao suve sa metaliziranom samoobnavljaju\u0107om polipropilenskom folijom niskih gubitaka, visoke gustine, visoke temperature, i ve\u0107e dielektri\u010dne otpornosti u valjkastom aluminijumskom ku\u0107i\u0161tu. Ispuna je od netoksi\u010dne i ekolo\u0161ke poliuretanske, samogasive smole, sa visokim svojstvima termi\u010dke provodljivosti (vatro otporna) u skladu sa standardom UL94. od 180 In (\u010dak nekada i preko 200 In) i visoke frekvencije (3-15 kHz) u period od 1 \u2013 2 ms.<\/p><p>Vr\u0161na struja ovolike veli\u010dine je nepo\u017eeljna i opasna za standardne kontaktore, a istovremeno je zna\u010dajno nepovoljna i za same kondenzatore. Iz tog razloga, u instalacijama niskog napona, kontaktori za kondenzatorske baterije se rade sa dodatkom induktiviteta, koji u momentu priklju\u010denja na elektri\u010dnu mre\u017eu predstavlja beskona\u010dnu otpornost, tako da udarnu struju kada se kondenzator priklju\u010duje na elektri\u010dnu mre\u017eu, svode na prihvatljive vrednosti reda 7 \u2013 8 In.<\/p><p>Iz tog razloga, preporu\u010dujemo upotrebu specifi\u010dno dizajniranih kontaktora za priklju\u010denje kapacitivnog optere\u0107enja \u2013 kondenzatorskih baterija. Zavisno od pode\u0161ene vrednosti faktora snage cos\u03c6 izra\u010dunava potrebnu reaktivnu snagu i preciznom kombinatorikom uklju\u010duje potreban broj kondenzatora za potpunu kompenzaciju reaktivne energije. <br \/>Na samom automatskom regulatoru se pode\u0161ava \u017eeljeni cos\u03c6, (fabri\u010dki pode\u0161en i cilj je cos\u03c6 = 1), a ako se ne \u017eeli ni trenutna prekompenzacija, regulator treba podesiti na 0,99. Po\u0161to se potreba za reaktivnom snagom stalno menja, pode\u0161ava se i vreme ka\u0161njenja posle koga se uklju\u010duju baterije. Ovi parametri se mogu menjati i pode\u0161avati na samom regulatoru i ako je on fabri\u010dki pode\u0161en. <br \/>Kada se uklju\u010di u rad postrojenje za potpunu kompenzaciju reaktivne energije, regulator prvo ulazi u re\u017eim u\u010ditavanja podataka \u2013 test re\u017eim rada. Da bi mogao pravilno da u\u010dita podatke <strong>u elektri\u010dnoj mre\u017ei potro\u0161a\u010da mora postojati induktivno optere\u0107enje<\/strong>. U test re\u017eimu rada regulator u\u010dita podatke sa svih ugra\u0111enih kondenzatorskih baterija i memori\u0161e njihove snage. Sa strujnog mernog transformatora (L1) u\u010dita struju optere\u0107enja elektri\u010dne mre\u017ee potro\u0161a\u010da, a zajedno sa parametrima sa ostale dve faze (L2 i L3) odredi i trenutni cos\u03c6. Posle toga regulator prelazi u automatski re\u017eim rada i zavisno od pode\u0161ene vrednosti faktora snage cos\u03c6 izra\u010dunava potrebnu reaktivnu snagu i preciznom kombinatorikom uklju\u010duje potreban broj kondenzatorskih baterija za potpunu kompenzaciju reaktivne energije. Me\u0111utim, kao i svaki drugi tehni\u010dki ure\u0111aj treba ga povremeno obi\u0107i i pogledati da li na automatskom regulatoru stoji pode\u0161ena vrednost cos\u03c6. Ako se slu\u010dajno razlukuje cos\u03c6 od pode\u0161ene vrednsti, onda je neophodno proveriti ispravnost elemenata postrojenja.<\/p><p>Ako su za\u0161titni elementi topljivi umeci osigura\u010da, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se mo\u017ee desiti da pregori neki osigura\u010d iz raznoraznih razloga, a naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e od nekog prenapona, koji nisu retki u bilo kojoj elektri\u010dnoj mre\u017ei. Ako pregori jedan osigura\u010d, kondenzatorska baterija radi samo sa jednom tre\u0107inom (veza u trougao).<\/p><p>Ako su za\u0161titni elementi termi\u010di prekida\u010di iz istog razloga mo\u017ee da okine prekida\u010d, u kom slu\u010daju je kondenzatorska baterija potpuno isklju\u010dena.<\/p><p>Iz istih ili sli\u010dnih razloga mo\u017ee da okine i neki od automatskih osigura\u010da, zbog \u010dega mo\u017ee biti isklju\u010den i sam automatski regulator, ili neki od kontaktora, tako da i u tom slu\u010daju neka od kondenzatorskih baterija mo\u017ee biti potpuno isklju\u010dena.<\/p><p>I ostali elemenati ugra\u0111eni u postrojenje za potpunu kompenzaciju reaktivne energije, tako\u0111e se mogu iz nekih razloga pokvariti u toku eksploatacije. Ako je postrojenje u garantnom roku, treba tra\u017eiti od proizvo\u0111a\u010da da po\u0161alje novi, a ako je van garantnog roka, treba ga zameniti novim.<\/p><p>Jednom godi\u0161nje treba o\u010distiti pra\u0161inu i pau\u010dinu u ormanima, posebno filtere koji su ugra\u0111eni na \u017ealuzine
